Dr. Stacy Irvine

Dr. Stacy Irvine is a founder and co-owner of Totum Life Science, a boutique fitness and health care center in Toronto. Through her work as a chiropractor and strength and conditioning specialist, Dr. Irvine’s clientele ranges from beginners, just starting out on an exercise program, to elite and professional athletes, looking for advanced rehabilitation and training program strategies.
She has made several appearances as a fitness expert on
Canada AM, Global Television Network, City TV, WTN and Balance Television for Living Well,
and is frequently quoted as fitness expert in
Flare Magazine, New Woman Magazine, Glow Magazine and
The Toronto Star.
This past year Dr. Irvine was the personal trainer for
Chatelaine magazine.

Andrea Fairborn
It is Andrea’s belief that everyone can personally benefit from Pilates and Nutrition. With Pilates, one can expect to feel taller, stronger, and more connected internally with their core muscles. Pilates will instill an education of movement patterns that can be performed daily to aid with Posture and body confidence. With Nutrition, and lifestyle advise, one can feel empowered to learn how to choose food that will provide ultimately the most support and nutrients to get through our hectic lives. Food is more than just a daily need, it is the medicine of the future.
Andrea Fairborn is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) and a STOTT PILATEs certified Instructor Trainer, and has been dedicated to the science and art of wellness for over a decade. Originally a professional dancer, Andrea has incorporated her love of movement with the foundations of Pilates practice, and expanded her expertise and passion for health by going into the field of Nutrition.

Brian DeCastro
Having trained a variety of clientele ranging from young kids to those entering their senior years, Brian takes a very integrated approach to helping others empower themselves to achieve their fitness goals. More recently, Brian has been writing articles and conducting workshops on topics related to Health and Fitness, while continuing to service clients and members as Fitness Manager at a private club facility in Toronto.
